This is for Mom. Yes, Mom we managed to have a pretty perfectly cooked lamb... and No, we didn't need to go get another batch. Pat did a perfect job with the lamb chops, it is perhaps one of the best meat we've ever prepared...or he had prepared. I prepared some veggies and wild rice to go with it. We had a good Christmas dinner, Joshua didn't make it to the end of dinner. He literally was snoring at the dinner table towards the end - poor thing, all of the excitement has finally wore him down! Nope, we behaved too and skipped dessert - just on Christmas day tho, we had one today - he he he!
