First day, they rested in the morning after their long trip from Indiana and we just mostly took it easy.
next day, we visited Multnomah Falls, the Crown Vista point and Timberline at Mt. Hood.
Third day, we went to mass while John is at his conference. The boys had a game of soccer at the park and just pretty much took it easy.
Fourth day, Lynn and I took the boys to Cannon Beach. It was as usual a cold, misty day but it was still a good trip. We walked to the Haystack Rock and then had some treats at the nearby shops.
Last day, we checked out Powell's bookstore at Downtown Portland then met with John and Pat there for a nice dinner at Henry's Tavern. We took the Max train to downtown which was really handy specially since I am not too keen about driving to downtown. We ended the day with a great big meal and lots of chatting :)
