Soccer
J is in a soccer league right now and has been really enjoying it. At first, he screwed around a lot but when he realized that it was a real game he actually started to pay more attention to his game and is doing his best to contribute to his team. They had their first series of team matches this week and so far his team is doing well but they're not keeping scores. Still at least it is nice to see him put some effort and not screw around too much.

M failed to mention that he scored all of the goals (3) for his team in the first game and got 5 in the second - I got there late, so< I am not sure what the goal total was on the day. He's got good ball control, but we need to work on his aggressiveness ;)

Wow, he sounds like quite a soccer phenom! Maybe by the time he gorws up he can go pro and earn millions!

Yeah, after last week's game he was complaining about being pushed. I told him "bumping" was allowed.
Tonight he was on fire. He was stealing the ball and elbowing kids out of the way. Let's just say the aggressiveness issue is resolved.
The goal is to:
a). live vicariously through him, and
b). ...what you said ;)
