It's funny, I do not remember the theme to Underdog, just his catch phrases. Hong Kong Phouey is a little on the stereotypic side!
Yeah, there is a full episode of underdog which includes a lot of non-pc things that wouldn't fly to day including one of the characters smoking through the whole episode. If I remember right, underdog popped pills when he needed super-strength. Maybe I'm thinking of another cartoon though :)
